Welcome to the Wannabee's Weight Loss Challenge. Wannabee's are the best kinda losers. Losing weight and hopefully winning some cash at the same time, what's better than that. Hopefully the cash will be a motivator, but your health should be the most important thing. Remember eating healthy is most important added to a regular workout program.
Post your thoughts, struggles, or any tid bit of info that can help or destroy your competitors. But please be gentle and kind. LOL. Please post your weight on every Tuesday, starting January 5th and ending 3 months at the final episode of "Biggest Loser" 2010.
Blog on any experiences, struggles or revelations you want to share over the previous week. If you want to post your goal weight, that is fine too. This will let your competitors know where they are at in this weight loss challenge, and maybe to help you know where you are at and what you need to do next. I'll be the First!

I'll be the first to post my loss...Have a busy day in the shop...Wasn't a great week, but a loss is still a loss. Hope you all did good. My goal for the next week is to keep my eating close to the same, but work out more. Good Luck

  4. Way better sis...It is hard and any loss is a loss...We are on our way...I don't think I can eat much less....It is hard...
